When I injured my back some 20 years ago, I was always in constant agony in pain sitting walking, flying driving. Our new Thumper Mini Pro arrived in 5 business days as expected. So happy to have a Thumper again. Customer Service was very helpful. Our Thumper of 22 years, best friend, broke down. Sadly, I dropped it off at the Recycling Depot, but happily, I was able to order a replacement Thumper that same day. In reading the instructions that came with the new Thumper, hubby and I realized that we may have caused the malfunction by pressing down on the head to get an even deeper massage. However, our original Thumper endured that 'misuse' for at least 15 years. Note to self: Read the handling and care instructions carefully, and often.
